- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (load, stress, soak, spike).
- Knowledge of system metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, network latency).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics).
- Ability to analyze logs and trace data for root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
